Florida Probate Weekly provides public-record-derived data “as is,” without a warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. It is not legal advice, a title opinion, a consumer report, or a promise of a deal or contact response.

Permitted use

Do not use the service for credit, insurance, employment, tenancy, licensing, government benefits, tenant screening, or another FCRA purpose. We never contact families. Buyers must verify authority, title, and applicable law.

Outreach compliance

Buyers must follow TCPA, National and Florida Do-Not-Call rules, CAN-SPAM, and Florida law, including consent, caller identification, and opt-out requirements. Do not use deceptive outreach, robocalls, AI voice, or automated texts without legally required consent.
