Privacy

We collect account, billing, county-interest, and suppression information needed to provide access, support, security, and legal compliance. We do not sell visitor data. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out; it is covered by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Public-record information

Our lists contain only Florida probate case details the Clerk makes public, Florida property records, and contact details that appear in those public filings, such as the attorney of record. We exclude sensitive cases, minors, sealed or confidential matters, and protected information. Every record keeps its source link, the date we pulled it and how sure we are of the match.
