Refunds

The 7-day trial is free. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged. If you subscribe and your first paid list is empty or wrong for your county, tell us within 7 days and we refund that month in full.

Monthly access cancels at the end of the current period. There are no partial refunds except where law requires.

County launch deposit

The $49 deposit is refunded in full on request any time before your county launches, and automatically if we have not launched it within 90 days; credited to your first month if we do.
